Order Refund Policy
Our policy allows exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds; however, you may return the product for an exchange. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to process an exchange.
Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product is defective.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The product must be unused.
All returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the above criteria. If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny the exchange request. Please note that perishable goods are strictly non-returnable.
Proof of Purchase
To process an exchange, a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required. Please note that exchanges cannot be processed without valid proof of purchase.
Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Unfortunately, sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged.

Returns should be sent to Pro Sports Labs, 1615 Lakes Pkwy, Suite C, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for any items you wish to exchange, and we do not provide refunds for shipping fees.
Please ensure that the items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the returned product is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to reject the exchange.
